New to Music Therapy?

adminAbout Music Therapy, Resources
If you’re new to music therapy, you may be wondering “what is it? What does it look like? And who can it help?”

And trust me, you’re not alone—most people have the exact same questions.

Simply put, music therapy helps strengthen relationships, lengthen attention span, work through difficult emotions, and even improve communication, speech and language, to name a few.

How do we do that? With music.

We might help a client write a song to express difficult emotions, play an instrument to lengthen attention span, or sing a familiar song to improve speech. The possibilities are as vast as the needs of our clients, and are individually tailored to every person we see.

So if you’re looking for a good place to start, I recommend going to our “Services” tab and learning about whatever area applies to you.

Then, to see music therapy in action, click on the “free trial session” tab and request your free trial. We’re eager to meet with you and see if music therapy is the right fit to make a big difference in your life.

We’ll see you soon!
